Important Information

  • Guaranteed Seating: Two seats are always guaranteed together unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., “Separate Seats”).
  • Seat Selection: You cannot choose specific seats. You can only book by category, and your seats will be assigned to you.
  • Group Bookings: If you purchase more than two tickets, seating can be split. For example:
    • 3 tickets → 3, 2+1.
    • 4 tickets → 4, 2+2, or 3+1.
    • 5 tickets → 5, 4+1, 3+2 or 2+2+1.
  • Pricing: All prices include our service fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: As outlined in our Terms & Conditions (AGB), tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.
