§1 . Scope and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all ticket sales and related services provided through our company. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, and all clauses displayed and agreed upon completing the purchase.
Our company acts as an authorized ticket distributor for performances and events organized by third parties. The contractual performance is fulfilled once tickets are made available to the customer in accordance with the delivery method informed.
§2 Formation of Contract
A binding purchase contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed and the booking confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation or failure notification within 24 hours, you must contact us immediately.
All ticket purchases are final and subject to our No-Cancellation Policy (§7) and clause 5 on our Refund Policy.
§3 Sales Tax and Delivery Fee
All prices include the applicable legal sales tax.
Any additional delivery fee is indicated separately and is included in the total fee.
§4 Fulfillment and Ticket Delivery
Ticket delivery methods are determined by the organizer and may include email delivery (e-tickets), collection from our office, or deposit at the venue’s evening box office (where permitted).
Upon payment confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation with collection or delivery instructions.
- Once tickets are ready, a “Tickets Ready for Collection” or ticket delivery email will be sent.
- For email delivery, you are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and accessible.
- For collection, tickets must be retrieved with valid ID and proof of purchase before the event.
- For evening box office deposits, tickets may be collected under your name or reservation number approximately 30 minutes before the performance.
Our responsibility ends once tickets have been delivered electronically, made available for pickup, or confirmed as deposited at the box office. The venue staff are solely responsible for the handover at the box office.
§5 Customer Responsibility
As outlined in Clause 4 of our Refund Policy, you are solely responsible for verifying all order details, including ticket type, quantity, seating category, event date, and total amount, before completing payment. By placing the order, you confirm that all information, including contact and email details, is accurate and complete.
If you do not receive your tickets or confirmation email, you must contact us immediately. Failure to do so, or failure to provide correct contact information, does not entitle you to a refund.ote the limited liability in case of ticket loss.
§6 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or not collected after being made available, or for which entry is denied due to non-compliance with venue rules, are non-refundable. Responsibility for safekeeping rests solely with the purchaser.
§7 No-Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the Austrian Remote and External Business Act (FAGG) there is no statutory right of withdrawal for event tickets scheduled for a specific date or period.
All purchases are final once confirmed and paid. This policy is clearly disclosed on the Event Information page and must be actively accepted during checkout. The process complies with the standards of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the United Nations Guidelines for Consumer Protection (UNGCP).
§8 Refunds Due to Event Cancellation
If an event is officially canceled by the organizer, customers are entitled to a refund of the ticket excluding any service fees or commissions, once approved by the organizer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation. If a refund is delayed beyond this period, contact our support team at support@oneevent.at with your order reference.
No refunds will be issued for changes in cast, lineup, or event details.
§9. Event Information Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in event listings, schedules, and seat information. However, event details, including performer lineup, venue, or time, are subject to change by the organizer and do not constitute grounds for refund.
§10. Limitation of Liability
We act solely as an intermediary between the event organizer and the purchaser.
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from force majeure, organizer decisions, technical failures, or third-party actions.
§11. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data strictly in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003. In our Privacy Policy, we outline the key aspects of how your data is collected, used, and protected when interacting with our website and services. §13. JURISDICTION
For foreign private and business customers the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. For Austrian private customers the place of jurisdiction is their local court.
