One Event is located in Vienna’s 1st district at Opernring 1/E/536-537, 1010 Vienna, directly across from the Vienna State Opera.

You’ll find us in the passage between L’opéra Restaurant and Kaiser’s – Kaiserschmarrn, directly opposite the State Opera. Enter the Opernringhof building, take the left-side elevators up to the 5th floor, and our office will be right there.

Yes! One Event has its own exclusive ticket allotment, which may include tickets for events that are sold out through other channels.

We have the same prices as the venues, except when stated otherwise on the product page, which may indicate service fees or special pricing.

After purchasing a ticket, you will receive an email with instructions to pick up your ticket at our office. You can collect it on the day of the performance.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the event to ensure a smooth experience and give yourself enough time to find your seat.

In case of a cancellation or rescheduling, One Event will refund the ticket price while the service fee is retained. However, we will work closely with the venue to explore the best possible options for you, whether securing tickets for another event or finding a suitable alternative that meets your needs.
