In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website. We collect and process personal data only based on legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

Contacting Us

If you contact us via our contact form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months to process your request or for any follow-up questions. Your data will not be shared without your consent.

Data Storage

To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner, as well as the name, address, payment information, credit card details, notes, and device information through cookies.

For contract processing, the following data is also stored: email, phone number.

The data you provide is necessary for fulfilling the contract and pre-contractual measures. Without this data, the contract cannot be concluded. The data collected will not be transmitted to third parties, except for transmitting payment data (credit card details) to the processing bank/payment service provider for debiting the purchase price, the shipping company tasked with delivering the goods, and our accountant to meet our tax obligations.

If you cancel the purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period expires (7 years). In addition, the name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored until the product liability period expires (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
